Renovation of the exterior façade of the former savings bank in Badenweiler using StoLotusan—a façade paint featuring the lotus-leaf effect.
Renovation of the Café Grether Confectionery in Badenweiler.
Expansion of the café, complete renewal of the restroom facilities, renovation of the basement areas and cold storage room, as well as the build-out of the dishwashing area and preparation of the counter space.
The basement rooms were renovated through the installation of Redstone calcium silicate boards and are now dry, with excellent indoor air quality.
Execution of painting and plastering works at the newly constructed "Haus am Markt" in Badenweiler. The building was constructed using solid masonry. All interior wall surfaces were primed and plastered with red lime. This ensures an excellent indoor climate, and—thanks to the neutralizing effect of the lime—mold formation stands no chance here.
